Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable: digital products or downloads (including Sound FX, LUTs, presets, and other digital assets), used products (see below), custom or personalized items, gift cards, and sale items.
Used Products (Partial Refund Policy)
If a camera accessory has been used, it may still be returned; however, a maximum of 60% refund will be issued, depending on the condition after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a 100% refund or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Change of Mind Returns
If you want to return an item due to change of mind, the item must be unused and in original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@theprovideo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.
